We are currently home to the strongest athletes in Houston — many 2,000 pound male totals, 1,000 pound female totals, Highland Games world record holders, and Arnold Strongman competitors.
Strength is for everyone. We have elite level athletes on the floor, and we welcome lifters of any level. This is home to anyone who wants to push themselves in an environment designed to get the absolute best out of you.
